Letter wrote from content gathered during an investigation stemming from InDesign dictionnary. Why do some first names are considered errors? How are they selected?

The investigation was based on the data­base first names given in France since 1900, according to INSEE (french statistics institute). Oren is fictional, and his name randomly chosen amongst the names described as "rare" by the database.
